Diamond and turquoise ring

This gorgeous ring features three old round cut diamonds, central stone being the largest set with a round cabochon cut turquoise on either side with a further old round cut diamond on each side of the ring. All 18ct yellow gold. The ring is hallmarked Birmingham 1918.
