Sapphire and diamond bi-gold ring

This unusual ring features an oval sapphire set horizontally in the center within pressure setting with seven round brilliant cut diamonds set flat on each shoulder. Yellow gold band ‘hugging’ the top and bottom of the ring. ALL 18CT GOLD.
