Sapphire set heart pendant

This attractive antique heart shaped pendant features an ivy leaf in the centre of the heart intertwined at the bale. In the centre features a round cut sapphire set within delicate claw mount.

The pendant is 15ct yellow gold and measures 24mm in length (inclusive of the bale) and 16mm in width.
