Seed pearl rock crystal locket

This gorgeous antique rock crystal locket has a 9ct yellow gold frame with seed pearls mounted all around the front edge of the locket. The slice of crystal on the reverse can be removed, allowing for a photograph, or a lock of hair to be inserted. This lovely little locket dates from the middle of the nineteenth century.

The locket measures 22mm x 18mm exclusive of the bale.
