Cornelian Cameo ring

Very unusual large, shell cameo ring consisting of an oval bust of a Grecian style lady with ringlets, wearing a diadem of heart-shaped leaves. Very detailed, unusual and interesting ring. Collet mount from side view, all set in 18ct yellow gold.
