Diamond Up-the-Finger Ring

This lovely up the finger ring features two diamond cuts to create the look – baguettes and round intermediate cuts. These are laid out in such a way to give depth and pattern to the design of the ring, with baguettes laid vertically into the shoulders. The stones are all channel and claw set, and the whole ring is made from platinum. A beautifully unusual diamond dress ring. Circa 1940.
