Ruby and diamond pendant

This pretty pendant feature a central round ruby at the bottom of the drop, with a decorative surround of round brilliant cut diamonds. With pretty details such as cut out sections and millgrain edging, this pendant is made from 18 carat white gold with a delicate diamond set section lengthening the pendant and a simple bale at the top.
