Sapphire and diamond cluster ring

This gorgeous Mid- 20th century ring features a round cut sapphire set within millgrain mount, surrounded with a row of eight- round cut diamonds, also mounted within millgrain mount. Beautiful daisy design wit two diamonds on each shoulder. The ring is very flat and therefore wearable. Platinum mount with an 18ct yellow gold shank. 
The cluster measures 9mm in diameter.
