This beautiful ring features a gorgeous blue sapphire set in a four claw yellow gold mount surrounded with ten round brilliant cut diamonds. Each diamond is mounted in a white gold claw mount. 18ct yellow gold straight shank. The ring is truly beautiful and unique.
